Welcome to Tre-a-dre, your Cornish ‘Home from Home’. Situated in the heart of the quiet market town of St Columb Major, you are just 7 miles from Newquay or 11 miles from Padstow, whilst the stunning North Cornwall coastline at Mawgan Porth is even closer along picturesque country lanes. All of Cornwall’s many attractions are within easy reach of the house, including The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. If you enjoy the great outdoors there is excellent walking, cycling and surfing nearby including The South West Coast Path, The Camel Trail, The Saints Way and Fistral Beach. So, whether you are looking for the remote, windswept beauty of Bodmin Moor, the dramatic coastline of the north or the lush green valleys of the south, you will find them all within easy reach of Tre-a-dre.

ConservatoryThe house is comfortably furnished to accommodate up to five guests in three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single). There is a family bathroom upstairs with WC, basin, bath and shower. Downstairs you will find a spacious lounge with bay window and a kitchen/dining room equipped with washing machine and fridge-freezer. The conservatory has a sofa and armchairs enabling you to take advantage of the sunshine whilst looking out onto the garden area, or enjoying a good book. In the enclosed garden you will find a large patio with table and chairs, shed for storage of bikes, surfboards etc. and a rotary clothes dryer. Outside the house there is private parking for up to two cars.

For your entertainment there is free WiFi, digital television including BT Sport and a DVD player. If the evenings turn a bit chilly, or you are staying out of season, the house is centrally heated and there is a living flame gas fire in the lounge. Prices include all bed linen and towels, electricity and gas. During peak season the house is available from 3pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday but short breaks can be arranged at other times. A cot and high-chair can be provided on request.
